PROJECT: Cleanspace Australia
The growth of Cleanspace Australia and how we helped...
A little over 12 years ago, we were contacted by Cleanspace Australia, a medium sized contracting business at that time, who wanted assistance with their IT requirements through their developmental stages of planned expansion to their business.
Through various meetings and site visits over the years, we performed business analysis and projections for their future IT requirements through their planned business expansions, with the expectations of eventually requiring full server and backup storage needs.
After two years of growth, they required several computers to be built to cover their IT requirements including one additional PC which performed, at that time, as the central repository of all their data, with full networking support and infrastructure. A short term, lower cost fix to a server requirement. The short term turned out to be a little longer than expected but our implementation of the specially built PC got them through to their next stage.
Four years later, plans were made to relocate their business to a new customised premises, and we were involved from the initial stage with designing all IT specifications and requirements. OzMad was there from the construction stage, through to supply, installation and setting up a totally new full server, backup and workstation high speed network, with heightened security and surveillance.
In 2013, during the final stages of the construction phase of their new premises, OzMad performed all the necessary IT builds and installation and setup of Cleanspace Australia's new high speed network and IT requirements, including transferring all data from their old PC's to the new systems, training, and setting up the security of the entire system.
Looking to the future.
Since that time, there have been many improvements and additions to the Cleanspace Australia IT infrastructure, including construction and commissioning of many additional workstations, permanent maintenance of the entire network, constant preventative maintenance to ensure the continued safety and security of their intellectual property and data, training of staff and the rollout and inclusion of their move to the cloud.
It has been a long term and successful relationship between OzMad and Cleanspace Australia, we are proud of our involvement and assistance with their growth over the years, and look forward to assisting them with their continued growth in the coming years.
